More About Me

Lori Popkin has lived in Westport for over 30 years and has been an invested leader in the community. She has served over two decades on the Board of Directors of The Conservative Synagogue of Westport, Weston and Wilton, having most recently served as a Trustee. Lori led a community bone marrow drive for the Gift of Life and has coordinated several fundraising efforts for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America.

Lori received her Bachelors degree from Brandeis University and her Masters in Social Work from Boston University. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, she worked as a clinician with an expertise in children and families and served as the director of a shelter for homeless and troubled teens. This background led her to become an excellent listener, communicator, and supporter in her role as Realtor.

Lori and her husband have raised three children that attended the Westport Public Schools. They own a new construction home building company which contributes to her vast knowledge of the new construction building process, land/property acquisition, and negotiating new and semi custom build purchases.

Lori has extensive experience working with clients at every life stage - be it first time home buyers, investors and empty nesters - renting, purchasing, building and selling homes. She is a fierce negotiator, getting her clients top dollar when they sell and the lowest when they buy. She provides guidance and support to her clients every step of the way. Hard work and integrity are paramount in her practice.Lori is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the Mid- Fairfield County Association of Realtors and is a certified Global Luxury Specialist. She is in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.
